• 0.06 US$ (6 cents) per source word on basic, non-technical documents.
• 0.08 US$ (8 cents) per source word for semi-technical documents.
• 0.10 US$ (10 cents) per source word on technical and complex documents.

with a minimum $12 charge. Each translation project is reviewed and evaluated to determine its complexity. This helps us to provide an accurate and fair price. Email us for a quote.

In some cases, when clients demonstrate financial constraints or have very large projects (such as books), we are willing to negotiate a lower flat fee. However, due to the time involved, we can only do this with large projects.

We offer two easy ways to render payment.

:: Pay by check or money order made out to Agapy LLC

:: Pay via e-check or credit card. We will send you an invoice for the total amount through PayPal. This is the easier, secure, and convenient way to pay!

All payments must be made in US dollars and are due before or upon receipt of the finished project. Projects that total over $500 require a 50% prepayment with balance due upon completion. To guarantee that you will receive your translated document, and we receive your payment, all personal documents (non-business related, such as email or letters) require payment in full before completed project can be delivered.

Ongoing projects, like two-way email communications, are best handled by a running account, in which payment is deducted from the balance as translations are delivered. The benefit of having an account is there is no minimum charge for translations as long as a balance is maintained. You choose the amount you want to start your account with and we will let you know when it is time to replenish it.
